Terms of Use

By using BibleMarriages(the “site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We have tried to keep them short and plain.

The teaching

The articles, videos, and other materials here are offered for study and edification. We encourage you to test everything against Scripture for yourself. The content reflects our convictions and is provided in good faith, but it is not legal, financial, medical, or professional counsel.

Use of our content

The content on this site is ours unless otherwise noted. You are welcome to read, share links to, and quote it for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. Please do not republish whole works, sell our content, or present it as your own without permission. Scripture quotations belong to their respective publishers.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt, attack, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site, scrape it abusively, or use it to break the law or harm others.

Voluntary giving

Gifts to BibleMarriages are voluntary and support the ongoing work. Because they are contributions toward the work, they are generally non-refundable, and unless we state otherwise they are not tax-deductible. If a gift was made in error or you believe there is a billing problem, email hello@biblemarriages.org and we will do our best to make it right. You do not need to give to read the published teaching or join the free newsletter.

Monthly support and partnership

A monthly gift is a recurring charge, not a one-time payment. The amount and currency are shown before you complete checkout. Monthly gifts of $7 or more include the partner benefit: new teaching videos sent by email 24 hours before their public release. Early access is a thank-you for supporting the work. There is no fixed number of videos promised per month.

Partner emails go to the address used at checkout. No site account is required. Partnership does not automatically subscribe you to the public newsletter; you can join that separately on the free newsletter page.

You may cancel future monthly renewals at any time by emailing hello@biblemarriages.org with the email address used at checkout. If your Stripe receipt includes a subscription-management link, you can also use it. Unsubscribing from a mailing list does not cancel the recurring payment. Future early-access emails stop when the qualifying subscription ends. Cancellation does not revoke links already delivered. Contact us if an email is missing or you need billing help.

The newsletter is free and requires no payment details. When you subscribe, we email you new teaching and occasional updates, with no fixed sending schedule. Follow any confirmation instructions shown after signup. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in a newsletter. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your email.

Links and embedded media

The site links to and embeds third-party material (for example, video and audio players). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of those external services.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BibleMarriages will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
